When it comes to your replacement sales force, you have three primary options:

1.  Use technicians only as your sales force.

2.  Use advisors only as your sales force.

3.  Use a combination of technicians and advisors.

This debate is currently very heated, because there is a strong trend to move away from comfort advisors and use only technicians.  There are some obvious advantages to using techs as your sales force, but there are some obvious disadvantages as well.
