Every Growth Partner engagement begins with a discovery and planning phase designed to create alignment, confidence, and clear direction.
It starts with an onsite discovery and evaluation, where your coach spends time inside your business—listening, observing, and learning how your team operates. Together, you’ll identify what’s holding the company back and define the path ahead.
From there, your coach guides you through a structured 90-day process to hone your values, set breakthrough goals, align your pricing and financials, build your budget, and document an actionable Growth Plan your team can execute with confidence.
The process includes:

Onsite discovery and evaluation
We start by visiting your company. We observe your operations, and we listen to your team. From there, we establish your vision and set the path forward.

Creating the Growth Plan
Over 90 days, we collaborate with you to build your complete business roadmap—your company’s plan, written and ready for execution.
This growth plan includes:
- Honing your Core Values to guide culture and decisions
- Outlining your 3-Year Goals to drive breakthrough growth
- Conducting a full Financial Review to uncover opportunities
- Developing and adjusting your Pricing Strategies
- Building a Budget that aligns with your strategy
- Setting Annual and Quarterly Goals, your team can execute
- Producing a Documented Growth Plan that defines your company’s next phase
Key #2: The Growth Partner System
Focus, accountability, and alignment—led by your dedicated coach.
Once your Growth Plan is in place, your Growth Partner stays with you to turn plans into results. Through weekly leadership meetings, financial reviews, and personal coaching, your dedicated coach creates rhythm, accountability, and clarity across your business.
Your Growth Partner will:
- Facilitate Weekly LMA Meetings– Establish rhythm and alignment across the leadership team, supported by a clear scorecard of key metrics.
- Host a Monthly Owner One-on-One– A confidential space to address challenges, clarify direction, and strengthen accountability.
- Conduct Monthly Financial Reviews (Coach Preparation) – Behind-the-scenes analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs to prepare for team discussions.
- Lead Monthly Budget & Forecast Reviews– Collaborative sessions with your leadership team to evaluate results, address variances, and adjust forecasts.
