Office Hours are live, interactive sessions designed to keep your leadership team focused on execution. Every call follows a clear agenda—celebrating wins, addressing roadblocks, reviewing progress, and aligning your next steps.
Two Powerful Formats
Growth Group Office Hours:
A 60-minute group experience led by your Growth Coach, where owners and leaders share insights, discuss challenges, and learn from one another’s progress.
Growth Partner Office Hours
A 60–90-minute private session with your dedicated Growth Partner, focused entirely on your company’s goals, people, and strategy.
Led by Experienced Coaches
Each Office Hours session is facilitated by a Service Excellence Coach who knows your business and your benchmarks. Whether you’re part of a Growth Group or working 1-on-1 with a Growth Partner, you’ll receive personalized guidance that keeps your company moving forward.
