A man with short dark hair, glasses, and a blue polo shirt—dressed like many electricians and HVAC technicians—faces the camera against a plain beige background.
What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:

“Script with techs.”

Burt Okitsu is a manager of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Washington Energy Services located in Seattle, WA.  Burt provided the Service Excellence Training team with a testimonial about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. As all owners, managers, technicians, CSRs, and dispatchers can vouch, training must not only be engaging and informative but also easy to implement into everyday work life.  When training is feasible and beneficial then it provides independent contractors with a means to grow their team and their service excellence skills.  During Burt Okitsu’s time at the training series, he found this to be true of our training.  While the training was informative and engaging, Burt Okitsu felt that, “the ideas were easy to implement.”

Just like Burt Okitsu, we hope that every independent contractor that attends our training series learns new skills and finds our training feasible to implement into the success strategy of their independent contracting team.  Here at Service Excellence Training, we are always looking for interesting, engaging, and feasible ways to turn your learning into earning.

Burt Okitsu provided the Service Excellence Training team with some thoughtful written answers explaining a big idea he took from the training, the aspect that he like most about the training, and the answer to the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.

What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:

“Script with techs.”

What did you like most about this training series:

“Very positive. Good understanding of concepts and how to introduce to departments.”
