  1. LOW PRICE Mentality: Make sure you are priced right.
  2. THE VICTIM Mentality: You ARE NOT the victim, change your mindset.
  3. A LACK OF INTEGRITY: What is your character saying about you?
  4. INCONSISTENCY: Are your actions consistent with your words?
  5. A LACK OF DISCIPLINE & ACCOUNTABILITY: It is our responsibility to hold our people accountable.

  • Do what you would want done to you.
  • Stop cutting corners and do the job correctly.
  • Hire someone that has integrity that will teach your client what is needed in their home.
  • What does your idea of success look like? Is it just money, or helping others?


  • Be more consistent on Marketing.
  • Be more consistent on Training.
  • Be more consistent with your payscale and bonuses.
  • Don’t let weather lead your business!


  • Don’t set anyone up for failure by not holding them accountable.
  • Set boundaries and set consequences.
  • Have an expectancy and stick to it.
  • Don’t live in the past, when discipline is done, let it be done!
