Jason Shadowen is an owner of an Electrical Independent Contracting Company called Electrical Detectives located in Carterville, IL.  Jason Shadowen was kind enough to provide the video testimonial from above about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As an owner of an electrical company, Jason Shadowen understands the importance of relating to clients and the value of a truly great technician.  These are two big ideas that Jason picked up from his experience at the training series created by Service Excellence Training.  After his experience at the training series, Jason said, “a key point was learning the different personality traits, the different types of customers and being able to handle tbose different personality traits.”  When clients feel understood by their service company then communication can happen more effectively!

Another great nugget that Jason Shadowen took from the training series was the values of a technician.  He had this wonderful comment to say about Service Excellence Training’s information and training on the value of integrity inside a great technician, “Something I really appreciated about this class is teaching the true values of a technician.”
