Gilbert Sanchez is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Comfort Tech located in Del Rio, TX.  Gilbert Sanchez was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As long time technicians, like Gilbert Sanchez, know it is so important to never stop learning even when you feel like you’re a success in your field.  This is what Gilbert had to say about his experience at the training series, “One of the things that I’ve learned in class today is that when you think you know it all, there is so much room for improvement.  Come to this class and make an investment on it!  By caring a lot more for your employees (getting them trained) they will go the extra step for you.”
