Ben Moreno is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Diamond Air located in Austin, TX.  Ben Moreno was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as an owner at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all great owners, like Ben, know it is so important to grow relationships inside your company as well as invest in the benefits of training your team.  This is what Ben had to say after his experience as an owner at the training series, “I think one of the biggest things I’ve learned is dealing with different people within my company.  Not everybody’s the same, of course you know that from dealing with customers but you don’t always take that back with you within your company.  To someone young coming up in the business, this is a definite, this is something you have to learn, simply because it is going to better you.  I’ve been doing this for 25 years, and I sure wish that 25 years ago someone would have shown me this because I’m just learning it now, could you imagine what it is going to be like for someone who is just starting.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love hearing our independent contractors get excited and motivated by our training events.  The entire Service Excellence Training team, loves helping you and your independent contracting team turn your learning into earning!

Ben Moreno also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Ben will take from this training series, explain the aspect that he liked most about this training series, and they will answers the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
