Warren Grantham is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called AirNow Heating & Cooling located in Millbrook, AL.  Warren Grantham was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a technician for Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As a new technician, like Warren, it is so important to get motivational, challenging, and beneficial training.  This is what Warren had to say after his experience as a technician at the training series, “The thing that I’ve gotten most from this training really relates directly to the relationship building, how to treat your client as a true friend.  To treat them and give them the kind of service you would want to have yourself.  I can’t think of a better way to train someone that is coming from a different field then to send them to a training class like this.  Very inspirational, very moving, and very informative.

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear this type of excitement and motivation from our independent contractors.  The entire Service Excellence Training team, loves helping you and your team turn your learning into earning!

Warren also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answer about his experience as a technician at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Warren will take from this training experience, explain the aspect that he liked most about this training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
