Edward Hernandez is a technician for an Independent Contracting Company called Comfort Tech located in Del Rio, TX.  Edward Hernandez was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Great technicians, like Edward, know the importance of engaging and useful training.  This is what technician, Edward Hernandez, had to say about his experience at the training series, “The most important thing that I learned here was how to speak to the client.  Every thing was right on the dot.  All your questions are going to be answered and even when you’re out in the field you’ll be able to refer to your book and find what you need.”

Here at Service Excellence Training team, we love to see this kind of motivation from our independent contractors whether technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, owners, and managers.  The entire Service Excellence Training team, love helping you and your team turn your learning into earning!

Edward Hernandez also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Edward will take from this training series, the aspect that he liked most about this training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
