Patrick Somers is a manager of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called The General AC located in Palm Springs, CA.  Patrick Somers was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a manager at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Great managers, like Patrick, know that it is so important for technicians (and all team members) to feel that they are a vital aspect to their independent contracting company.  After his experience at the training series, this is what manager Patrick Somers had to say, “It was a great class.  Terry does a great job at letting the technicians see how valuable they are and how talented they are and why they deserve to make the money they make.”
Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear all of our independent contractors whether owners, managers, technicians, CSRs, or dispatchers, feel confident and valued for their hard work and dedication.  The entire Service Excellence Training team is devoted to helping your independent contracting team turn their learning into earning!
Patrick also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some great written answers about his experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Patrick will take from this training series, the aspect that he liked most about this training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:
“Personality types”
What did you like most about this training series:

“Terry’s excitement and topic knowledge.”
