What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:

“Learning to present to different personalities.”

Submitted in class – April 25, 2012

Dan Ozment is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Climate Pro., LLC located in Mesa, AZ.  Dan Ozment was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the video testimonial from above about his experience as an owner at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Independent contracting companies operate most successfully when presentations are created to fit each individual client personality type and that is exactly what the training series helped develop in the mind of Dan and his team.  HVAC Owner, Dan Ozment, had this to say about his experience at the training series, “The most important thing that I learned from the class is how to tailor our presentation to the homeowner.  The information is awesome and this class is great but you need to come with the willingness to learn it and apply it.”

The entire Service Excellence Training team is devoted to training these skills in your team in order to help you develop the most successful independent contracting company possible through presentation training and personality type training.  Here at Service Excellence Training, we love helping independent contractors, just like Dan, turn learning into earning!

Dan also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about this experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Dan will take from the training series, the aspect that Dan liked most about the training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
