Lance Koonce is a manager of a Plumbing Independent Contracting Company called Royal Plumbing located in Portland, TX.  Lance Koonce was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as an owner at the Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all great managers know, it is so important for training to be initially helpful and beneficial as well as useful for future learning experiences inside any independent contracting trade.  Lance felt that his experience at the training series was just that!
