Hai Chau is a technician inside an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called SAR Mechanical located in Cypress, TX.  HAI Chau was so kind to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the video testimonial from above telling about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As Hai said so eloquently in his testimonial, the Service Excellence Training team makes it our mission to grow technicians, not only in their skills within their trade, but also helps to grow technicians into more outstanding people.  Hai Chau had this to say after his experience at the training series, “I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to learn more, not just about how to become a better technician but also about how to become a better person in life.” At Service Excellence Training, we love to hear our independent contractors value their growth as technicians, CSRs, managers, and dispatchers as well as their excellent growth in life.

Hai Chau also explained how the training series had lots of learning as well as lots of relationship-building when he said, “Not only are you going to learn technical skills and sales skills, you’re going to meet a lot of people and have a lot of fun!” We hope that all of our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical independent contractors feel the same way that Hai did after his learning experience at our training series.
