Austin Stalsby Testimonial

A young man stands in front of a plain beige background, dressed casually like many HVAC technicians on the job. He wears a light-colored T-shirt with a large graphic, a necklace, a lanyard, and a baseball cap.
What big idea will you and your team take away from this Training Series:

“Talking to clients and offer filters.”

submitted in class – 5/1/13

Austin Stalsby is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Southern Air located in Ball, LA.  Austin Stalsby was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial about  his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Like many other satisfied HVAC, plumbing, and electrical independent contractors, Austin Stalsby felt that the classroom training event worked to give life and enhancement to what the service excellence and sales process should look like inside every HVAC Independent Contracting Company.  After his experience at the training series, this is what technician Austin Stalsby had to say,

“I learned how to talk to the customers, I learned a lot about filter, and a little about sales.  I liked the class because he talked a lot about how to greeting the customers and building value with them.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear our technicians get excited about their training and future success.  When we hear great testimonials, like Austin gave, the entire Service Excellence Training team gets excited and motivated to help our independent contractors help turn their learning into earning!

HVAC technician, Austin Stalsby also provided Service Excellence Training with insightful written answers.  These statements will answer the big idea that Austin will take from this training series, the aspect that he liked most about the training series, and it will answer as to why he believes that other HVAC, plumbing, and electrical independent contractors should use Service Excellence Training to train their team and what big ideas as well as enticing aspects other independent contractors will get from attending, one of Service Excellence Training’s classroom training events:

What big idea will you and your team take away from this Training Series:

“Talking to clients and offer filters.”

What did you like most about this Training Series:

“How nice everyone was, like a family.“
