A dark-haired woman smiles confidently at the camera, wearing large skull-shaped earrings and a black top against a neutral brown background. Her bold style could inspire service professionals like plumbers or HVAC technicians to add flair to their own work attire.

Submitted in class – April 25, 2012

Gina Stevens is an owner of an HVAC and Plumbing Independent Contracting Company called Texas Quality Services located in Austin, TX.  Gina was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the wonderful video testimonial from above about her experience as an owner at the Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all great HVAC and plumbing owners know, it is so important for training to be insightful and practical for daily use in the company and in the field.  That is exactly what owner, Gina Stevens felt that training at the training series did for her as a new owner.  Here is what Gina Stevens had to say about her experience at the training series, “Attending this class has been a very big ‘eye-opener’ for me.  It is a lot of good information for me to take back to the table.  I will definitely recommend the class to all the technicians and all the other owners in our company.  I think it would be very beneficial for all of them to attend.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we get excited to hear our independent contractors, like Gina, get motivated, refreshed, and challenged by our training material. Here at Service Excellence Training, we make it our daily goal to help independent contractors and their teams turn their learning into earning!

Gina also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some great written answers about her experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Gina will take from this training series, the aspect that she liked most, and they will answers the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
