What a Profile Review Session Is
A focused 1:1 session between you and a Service Excellence coach, built around the Innermetrix profile results for one individual on your team.
You can come alone. Just you and the coach, reviewing the profile and talking through what it means for how you lead, coach, or develop that person.
Or you can bring the team member. Walk through the results together, open up the conversation, and use the session to build a shared understanding between the two of you.
Either way, you leave the session with a clear picture of what the profile is telling you and a practical sense of what to do next.
Format: Single session, 1:1 with a Service Excellence coach.
Requires: A completed Innermetrix Advanced Profile for the individual being reviewed

You and the team member, with the coach facilitating. Useful when you want to open up the conversation about how someone is wired, what motivates them, and how the two of you can work together more effectively. Builds trust and shared language when handled well.

Do I need to complete the Innermetrix profile first?
Yes. The Profile Review Session is built around the results of a completed assessment. If you haven’t ordered one yet, start with the Innermetrix Advanced Profile.
Should I bring the team member or come alone?
That depends on your goal. If you want an unfiltered read on someone before making a decision, come alone. If you want to open up a development conversation with that person directly, bring them. Both are valuable, just for different purposes. If you’re not sure, your coach can help you decide before the session.
What if I have profiles for multiple people?
Each session covers one profile. If you want to review multiple team members, order one session per person.
Is this the same as a coaching session?
It’s focused specifically on the profile results, not a general coaching conversation. If you want broader strategic support, the Owner One-on-One is the right fit.
