Arthur Rodriguez is manager of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Honey’s Air located in Salida, CA.  Arthur Rodriguez was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience at one of Service Excellence Training’s classroom training events.  As all great managers know, inspirational training can be hard to come by.  But during his experience at the training series, inspiration and positive encouragement was exactly what Arthur Rodriguez received.  He had this to say about this experience at the training series, “A very inspiring class, the best I’ve ever been to!  I highly recommend it!”
