In this great video, Scott Belsky explains that successful people work from the intersection of three important areas in their life: their set of skill, their opportunities, and their interests. When we understand how these three areas work together to help us achieve success and growth then we can become a more influential leader. It is important for HVAC leaders inside independent contracting companies to ask themselves if they’re working from this intersection of skill, opportunity, and interest; as well as ask if they are helping the individuals on their team work inside this effective overlap.
When leaders inside HVAC independent contracting companies work to find the overlap where great things happen and where success happens then they work to grow service excellence, opportunities, and team interest.
