We answered all of these questions for our newest client, Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning in Amarillo, Tx. While the business is growing steadily and profitably they felt it was time to perform a “Health Check” on their business and on their team.
They wanted to get a second set of eyes on their business to insure that they were not missing any dangerous or potentially fatal “symptoms”.
As we do with all of our new clients, we visited their office to officially launch our Coaching and Training sessions. We spent two days, onsite, working through their Organizational Health Check, team member profiles and specific systems and strategies based on their specific needs.
