The marketing industry tends to over complicate things. Maybe this is on purpose, or perhaps there is just too much lost in translation. My goal in this 2 part video series is create some clarity.

In Part 2, you are going to learn HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR MARKETING COSTS.
At the end of this 2 part series, I hope you will be able to do the following:
- Determine your needed inbound calls for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Service.
- Calculate your CSR closing percentage on your air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical repair and replacement requests.
- Calculate your cost of sales for marketing from each of your call sources.
- Use this information to make adjustments in your business to increase or decrease marketing in the appropriate areas.
