Significance for HVAC Independent Contractors

October 8, 2012 by Todd Liles
Share:

When we work to grow our success, it is important to consider the significance of what we have devoted our life to.  How does it help others?  Independent contractors work everyday towards a significant purpose, passion, and service excellence.  But we must realize our significance and our team’s significance in order to bring our purpose into clear view.  HVAC Independent contractors can get so focused on numbers and success that they forget to emphasis the significance of their career and life work.

Inside every independent contracting team, it is important to ensure that all team members see and value the significance of their daily job and career.  In this short voice clip, John Maxwell eloquently explains how to focus on significance over success in both our work life and daily life. We hope that you and you HVAC independent contracting team will glean some great advice from John Maxwell’s knowledge.

Wishing you a great start to the week!

[…] Mentorship is a great responsibility in both everyday life and business life.  Mentors and leaders have the ability to shape and direct goals, learning, and performance.  When mentors inside an independent contracting company see the value of their role inside both the company and to each team member then they can learn to shape their influence in a way that benefits each of their team members.  In our post today, we are going to explore three ways in which great mentors leave a lasting mark: […]
