The seasonality of the air-conditioning business creates huge problems for many technicians. The biggest of these problems is being laid off when the season slows down. It has been estimated that 30% of the residential air-conditioning workforce will be laid off during seasonal slow times. This creates a huge strain for the technician and increases reputation problems for our industry. As a technician, you must deal with the fact that there is seasonality in this business.

#1 Lower your callbacks

 Callbacks are typically a byproduct of poor communication and technical skills. If you want to reduce your callbacks, then you must do the following:
