Good morning, I’d like to take a moment and tell you about what we’re referring to as the C.A.R.E.S. Plan. I want to tell you what it is and I will tell you why you need it, okay? 

The C.A.R.E.S. Plan is Service Excellence Training’s response to receiving the Pay Protection Program loan.

We, as a company, filed for it and we received it, which was a good thing. And I’m going to be very transparent for all business owners right now that’s listening. COVID affected us. It absolutely did. Classroom training is an important part of our business and it went away. Government regulations took that away. On-site training is an important part of our business and for, the time being, can’t be done. 

Now, the good news is that the biggest sector of our business is working with people using live mediums online. So we applied for the program because we knew there was going to be a decrease in revenue, which represents a decrease in the earnings for our team members. When we received it, I created the C.A.R.E.S. Program. And what I’m doing is I’m taking the Paycheck Protection Program money and I am using it to help new and existing clients. So it is a very generous discount program. So I’m taking those monies and I’m putting them into the marketplace.

I’m using the money to help the people that need it which are our clients, their team members, and of course, the people on our team.

I feel very good about this. As a matter of fact, it’s a wonderful thing and it is already helping existing as well as an abundance of new clients. We’re using the money to subsidize startup fees and trading operations for people that need it. 

So now the question that I also put on here is “why do you need it?”

Why do you need it?

And I think I have a very simple answer to that.

Training your people is a necessity. It is not a want, it’s not a luxury. It’s a necessity.

When you train people, it gives them a confidence boost. When you train people, more importantly, it gives them the tools that they need to pivot, especially in these moments. Yes, we’ve had clients that have been affected by this, there’s no question, but because we have been aware of it and we help them pivot… We helped them pivot their message, we helped them pivot their approach to service, we helped them pivot their mindset to say what’s possible and what opportunities does is present? Because of this pivoting, our clients are actually doing very well. It’s not to say that some of them don’t have some down sectors, some do. But we’re optimistic and because we’ve pivoted, we’re already seeing the results of that return. Our clients are getting success there. Some of our clients, the pivoting for them has actually produced bigger results than ever. 

What I want you to do.

We are here to help you. We are putting our money where our mouth is. We can help you right now and what I would say and, this is a reality, there is a limit to any type of subsidized program. We have a time limit by June 15, which is when the money has to be used in order to get forgiven. But we also have another physical limit, which is people are very attracted to this program and they’re taking those monies that I have allocated quicker than probably the time limit. So if the money runs out, it’s out. It doesn’t mean we can’t help you, it just means you might not get the discount. So if you’re interested, contact me as soon as you can.
