Warren Grantham is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called AirNow Heating & Cooling located in Millbrook, AL. Warren Grantham was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a technician for Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. As a new technician, like Warren, it is so important to get motivational, challenging, and beneficial training. To treat them and give them the kind of service you would want to have yourself.
