Tren Nguyen is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Berkey’s Air Conditioning & Plumbing located in Southlake, TX. Tren Nguyen was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. “I came out here to training with Terry and Todd, the guys were awesome because this training is totally different than everything else. It is set aside from everybody else because these guys were actually in the field, they were technicians, they were service guys and they actually did it all. This is a big opportunity for me to learn what I have from these guys and go back and better myself.”
