Ted Arnzen, HVAC Technician, speaks on using training tools in the field

Ted Arnzen is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 72 Degrees Heating & Air located in Sanford, NC.  Ted was kind enough to provide the video testimonal from above about his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Technicians need all the right tools in the truck as well as in the training in order to be successful in the field with clients.  Tools that build rapport help to grow sales and tools that work to build service excellence build a strong independent contracting company.  During his experience at the training series, technician, Ted Arnzen said, “Terry, you’ve given me a lot of great tools and I’ll be using them.”
