Steve Egner is an owner for a Plumbing Independent Contracting Company called Steve’s Plumbing located in Edmonds, WA. Steve Egner was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience at one of Service Excellence Training’s classroom training events. Having a training that boosts technicians confidence and skill in the field is a vitally important aspect of a successful independent contracting company. That type of training is exactly what owner, Steve Egner, felt that he and his technicians got from there experience at this training series. This is what he had to say about his experience as an owner,
“I just attend the Service Excellence Training for technician and I monitored it, as an owner, and I intend to send all of my technicians to the class in the future. It is a mind opening and broadening experience for technicians. I know it is material they will take back and use immediately. I don’t see the cost as any type of deterrent; I know I will get that back in the first month from every technician in attendance. Thank you Todd, thank you Terry, thank you Stacy!
