Scott Peters is a manager for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Petrie’s One Hour located in Cookeville, TN.  Scott Peters was kind enough to provide the video testimonial from above about his experience as a manager at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all great managers know, it is important to feel a special connection and respect for your trainer in order to get the most out of your team’s training.  Scott has known trainer, Terry Barrett of the Service Excellence Training team, for several years and this is what he had to say after his experience at the training series, “Having known Terry now for 4 years, I can’t tell you the difference it has made in our lives and our company.  As a trainer and as a motivator—he is just an awesome guy.”
