Robert De La Garza is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Comfort Tech located in Del Rio, TX.  Robert De La Garza was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all great technicians know, it is so important to learn how to treat clients with respect and service excellence. That is exactly what Robert De La Garza felt he got from the training series.  This is what Robert had to say about his experience as a technician at the training series, “The most important thing that I learned from this class is not to push the customer, like we are try to push a sale, but just let them decide and help guide them.  I would recommend it to any company because it is pretty much going back to the basics.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love helping our independent contractors turn their learning into earning.  The entire Service Excellence Training team, makes it our mission and daily purpose the bring the best and most recent training material straight to you and your team because of the grow that is sparked in our technicians, like Robert.
