Quintin Lundy is a manager of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Freedom Heating & Cooling located in Bessemer, AL.  Quintin Lundy was kind enough to provide the video testimonial from above about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  As all involved managers know, it is important to have opportunities to discuss and learn from other independent contractors.  When we bounce ideas and problems off each other, it helps each technician, manager, or owner gain fresh ideas, solutions, or new perspectives.  This is exactly what HVAC manager, Quintin Lundy experienced at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  After his experience at the training series, Quintin said, “We are all able to talk together and able to learn from each other.”
