Nick Green is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 72 Degrees Heating & Air located in Sanford, NC. Nick Green was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the video testimonial from above about his experience as a service technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. During his experience at this training event, Nick found the training to be fun, laid-back, and very informative. Here at Service Excellence Training, we strive to have all of our independent contractors leave our training events with the same excitement Nick had during his service technicain training. Nick had this to say about his experience at the training series, “Terry provided a wealth of knowledge and beneficial tools to help me succeed and be a better service tech.”
Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear our independent contractors, whether owners, managers, technicians, or CSRs, express that their training has taken them to the next level and helped them grow to be more successful in the industry. We love to help our independent contractors turn their learning into earning!
Nick Green also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about the big idea that he will take from this training event, the aspect that he liked most about the training series, as well as answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
