Kenneth Floyd is a technician inside an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 72 Degrees Heating & Air located in Sanford, NC.  Kenneth Floyd provided the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a long-time HVAC technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. As all seasoned technicians know, it is important to gain something new, fresh and exciting from every training class that you attend.  When Kenneth Floyd attended the training series, this is what he had to say about this fresh experience, “I’ve been doing this a long time and I’ve taken other classes from Zig Ziglar, Tony Robins, Charlie Grier and he (Terry) offers something that nobody else offers.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love seeing our independent contractors turn their learning into earning.  We hope that all our owners, managers, technicians, CSRs, and dispatchers feel the same way that Kenneth Floyd did after his experience at the training series, “I would definitely recommend it, I would definitely take it again.”

Kenneth also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some great written answers about his experience at the training series.  These statements will answer the big idea that Kenneth will take from this training series, the aspect that he liked most about the training, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.

What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:
