Johnny Knight is a technician for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called AirNow Heating & Cooling located in Millbrook, AL.  Johnny Knight provided the Service Excellence Training team with a video testimonial about his experience as a technician at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. Johnny came into the training series being a new technician with lots to learn and absorb.  During his experience at the training series, Johnny learned more about opening up with clients and the most effective manners to converse with his clients.  After his experience at the training series, Johnny Knight said, “With the role playing, I get to talk to other students here and it helps me break out of my shell and I really enjoy that.”
