Jeff Hall is a manager for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 2nd Wind Heating & Air located in Columbia, SC. Jeff Hall provided the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as a manager at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. Also all great managers, like Jeff, know it is so important for managers, technicians, and CSRs to understand the personality types of their clients before beginning all aspects of the sales and service process. After his experience at the Archi-TECH training series, this is what Jeff Hall had to say, “One of the biggest things was doing the psychological profiles and how to deal with each one in a different way. I can’t get over the things I learned that I thought I knew.”
The entire Service Excellence Training team loves to help independent contractors grow their success in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry. When we grow our service excellence skills then we grow our rapport with clients, our success in skills, our success in service, and our overall company success.
Jeff Hall also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series. These statements will explain the big idea that Jeff will take from this training series, the aspect that he liked most about the training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
