Hector Gomez is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Freedom Air Conditioning located in Dallas, TX  Hector was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Owner, Hector Gomez, had this to say after his experience at the training series, “I really like the way Terry presented everything, as far as challenging us. There were some things that he showed us that actually encouraged me to start using it, as far as service agreements and being able to use that tool.  I want to encourage all owners, that are either struggling or don’t know which way to go, I would really encourage you to get involved with the training group, they do a good job and they are good people.”
