Derik Wolfe is a manager of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 72 Degrees of Hickory located in Hickory, NC. Derik Wolfe provided a wonderful testimonial to the Service Excellence Training team about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. Managers, like Derik, understand how important it is for technicians to determine how to interact with a client before jumping into a sales or service call. So during his experience at the training series, Derik found the personality profiles to be a wonderful addition to the training material. After his experience at the training series, Derik Wolfe said, “Todd and Terry are the best at helping technicians realize different people’s personalities and be successful at every opportunity they have.”
Here at Service Excellence Training, we want every independent contractor to realize how important relationships are inside their independent contracting companies. We hope that you and your HVAC, plumbing, or electrical independent contracting team will say what Derik Wolfe said after his training experience with Service Excellence Training, “I would recommend this class to any technicians that wants to get better.”
Derik also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series. These answers cover the big idea that Derik will take with him from this event, what aspect of the training that he liked best, as well as answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
