Bill Johnson, owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Systems Aire, in Phoenix, AZ provides a video testimonial about  his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event.  Like many other satisfied HVAC, plumbing, and electrical independent contractors, Bill Johnson felt that the training series worked to give life and enhancement to what the sales process should look like inside every HVAC Independent Contracting Company.  After gaining this insight to the beauty of the sales process, Bill Johnson explained that he was looking forward to aiding his technicians in growing within the steps of this sales process to make them successful and oriented around service excellence.
