Ben Moreno is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Diamond Air located in Austin, TX. This is what Ben had to say after his experience as an owner at the training series, “I think one of the biggest things I’ve learned is dealing with different people within my company. Not everybody’s the same, of course you know that from dealing with customers but you don’t always take that back with you within your company. To someone young coming up in the business, this is a definite, this is something you have to learn, simply because it is going to better you. I’ve been doing this for 25 years, and I sure wish that 25 years ago someone would have shown me this because I’m just learning it now, could you imagine what it is going to be like for someone who is just starting.”
