Arturo Cardenas is a manager for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Comfort Tech located in Del Rio, TX. Arturo Cardenas was kind enough to provide the Service Excellence Training team with the great video testimonial from above about his experience as a manager at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. As all great managers, like Arturo, know it is highly important to have an independent contracting company team that has the right attitude and the right mindset in order to increase sales, service excellence, and rapport with clients. After his third experience at the training series, this is what manager, Arturo Cardenas, had to say, “The biggest thing that I’ve noticed is the overall attitude of the company. Coming out here and putting our guys through this training has really transformed everybody’s attitude.”
Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear our independent contractors talk about the positive difference training and implementation has had on their company and their team. We love to help managers, technicians, CSRs, and dispatchers turn their team’s learning into earning!
Arturo also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series. These statements will explain the big idea Arturo will take from the training series, the aspect that he liked most about the training, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
