“O” stands for “Opportunities”–

This means going above and beyond the industry standard in order to bring about amazing service to your market. While this aspect deals with the internal growth of an independent contracting company it also deals with the external growth that your independent contracting company makes in your target market and surrounding community. When your team members look for opportunities to “Wow” then they provide amazing service excellence and strong, positive reputations are built when service is consistently outstanding. When your independent contracting company grows service excellence then loyal, happy clients become your marketing mouthpiece and this works to grow the overall positive reach of your company’s message to grow.
Effective and efficient company growth stems from these four important components: gauging growth, role-playing new skills, looking for opportunities to shine and flourish, as well as making a conscious effort to “Wow” clients.
