- LOW PRICE Mentality: Make sure you are priced right.
- THE VICTIM Mentality: You ARE NOT the victim, change your mindset.
- A LACK OF INTEGRITY: What is your character saying about you?
- INCONSISTENCY: Are your actions consistent with your words?
- A LACK OF DISCIPLINE & ACCOUNTABILITY: It is our responsibility to hold our people accountable.
The 5 Mindsets
INTEGRITY:
- Do what you would want done to you.
- Stop cutting corners and do the job correctly.
- Hire someone that has integrity that will teach your client what is needed in their home.
- What does your idea of success look like? Is it just money, or helping others?
INCONSISTENCY:
- Be more consistent on Marketing.
- Be more consistent on Training.
- Be more consistent with your payscale and bonuses.
- Don’t let weather lead your business!
A LACK OF DISCIPLINE & ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Don’t set anyone up for failure by not holding them accountable.
- Set boundaries and set consequences.
- Have an expectancy and stick to it.
- Don’t live in the past, when discipline is done, let it be done!
