Service Excellence Expands its Team by Hiring Mark Bruckbauer

Bruckbauer is bringing over a decade of training and coaching experience to the Service Excellence team.

Service Excellence has hired Mark Bruckbauer, a new Business Coach Consultant to add to their line-up of expert home service coaches and consultants. 

Bruckbauer has an extensive background in training and coaching. He started his career in training in corporate America with a focus in sales. Over the past decade, he has been coaching in the home service trades. Most recently, Bruckbauer served as a coach for a plumbing franchise in the West Coast region. 

Though he is located in Temple, Texas, Bruckbauer will be serving clients all across North America. He has experience serving clients throughout the entire United States, including clients in Alaska. 

Bruckbauer’s approach to training and coaching is centered around open communication and collaboration. 

“If you’re going to climb this mountain, you will need a guide,” Bruckbauer said. “Training is not an overnight climb, but if you’re willing to put in the work, we’ll reach that peak together.” 

Bruckbauer is enthusiastic about joining the Service Excellence team and is excited to start coaching journies with home service clients. 

“In coaching, you need someone who is going to inspire you and someone who is going to hold you accountable,” said Bruckbauer. “I’m here to be that coach.”
