The 5 Mindsets that Destroy
  1. LOW PRICE Mentality: Make sure you are priced right.
  2. THE VICTIM Mentality: You ARE NOT the victim, change your mindset.
  3. A LACK OF INTEGRITY: What is your character saying about you?
  4. INCONSISTENCY: Are your actions consistent with your words?
  5. A LACK OF DISCIPLINE & ACCOUNTABILITY: It is our responsibility to hold our people accountable.
The 5 Mindsets

LOW PRICED Mentality:

  • You have to switch off your low priced mentality, and turn on your value based mentality.
  • Make sure your are priced right. (Not low priced.)
  • You can’t afford to pay the “best” employees if you charge the least.
  • What type of client are you marketing to?

VICTIM Mentality:

  • Stop whining!
  • Find ways to learn how to advertise for free.
  • If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me!
  • Challenge yourself to ask “Why am I not winning?” You will succeed where your talents are.
