Trainer and Business Coach

Hello, my name is Paul Packevicius and I’m a Business Coach and Trainer here at Service Excellence. I have extensive and well-diversified business coaching and consulting experience in home service industries:

10+ years of consulting under my belt across such home service industries as electric, plumbing, HVAC, landscape and home cleaning
Worked with over 1,000 business owners ranging from new startups all the way to well-established generational multi-million businesses
My experience also expands across a variety of markets around the world, majority of my consulting experience comes in the US markets, but I also helped business owners to grow their businesses profitably in Canada, UK and Germany
Our consulting approach at Service Excellence perfectly aligns with my previous experiences, because I strongly believe that coaching needs to be shared across all team members of our clients, therefore consulting doesn’t stop with the owners, but continues with their technicians, sales personnel, office staff and management
Business profitability is the key to success: my goal is to aid everyone within each client’s business to understand how they can contribute to that success

A little bit more about me personally:

I moved to the US on my own at the age of 17 and lived in Texas for the past 20 years
I graduated from the Rice University in 2008 where I also played basketball for four years
I also got my MBA from the Baylor University in 2011
I have volunteered with Honor Flight organization helping WWII Veterans to visit Washington DC
I have worked with Prison Entrepreneurship Program helping incarcerated people to build business plans that they can implement when they re-enter society
My main hobby is traveling and learning about new cultures, so far, I have visited 56 countries and counting…
