Trainer and Business Coach

I have spent the last 25 plus years coaching, teaching, and leading in one form or another.

I was a Regional Manager of a Fortune 500 company specializing in creation, roll out, and maintenance of various processes and programs for a team of 35,000 employees. I also owned a franchise plumbing company and worked as a business consultant.

I love being a business coach and trainer because I enjoy watching people grow and accomplish their life dreams (selfishness at its best).

A few things about me:

I earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) form American Public University with honors.
I have been coaching 6U Pony League baseball for four years.
I am an avid off-road enthusiast. I primarily ride UTV’s (with age comes the cage).
I have 4 children ranging from the ages of 6 to 27.
I have been married for over 10 years to my wife Michelle.
I grew up and live in the deserts of Southern California.
I am proud to have grown up in a blue-collar family, where I learned from dad (Jack of all trades) all things with your hands.

I have a passion for leadership and understanding people, after all, your company is only as great as the people in it!
