Hi, I’m Madison and I am a CSR Coach and Trainer at Service Excellence.
I have been in this industry for pretty much my entire life. My dad, Terry Barrett, has run a heating and air company since I was 2. I worked summers as a CSR throughout high school, and immediately after graduation, I began working full-time. I held many roles during my nine years there. I did HR, Payroll, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Memberships, CSR & Dispatching. I even graded the phone calls in the office.
While at AirNow, I learned the importance of the client experience with your company through your CSRs. Your CSRs are the first impression of your company. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge with your team to ensure that the first impression is one to remember!
