CSR Trainer and Coach

Hi, I’m Madison and I am a CSR Coach and Trainer at Service Excellence.

I have been in this industry for pretty much my entire life. My dad, Terry Barrett, has run a heating and air company since I was 2. I worked summers as a CSR throughout high school, and immediately after graduation, I began working full-time. I held many roles during my nine years there. I did HR, Payroll, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Memberships, CSR & Dispatching. I even graded the phone calls in the office.

While at AirNow, I learned the importance of the client experience with your company through your CSRs. Your CSRs are the first impression of your company. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge with your team to ensure that the first impression is one to remember!

A few things about me:

  • I was born and raised in Millbrook, AL., and have been here my whole life.
  • I have been married to my wonderful husband, Dylan, for 4 years. He is the best, and most genuine person I know.
  • We have an amazing baby boy, Rowdy Jace. He is definitely ALL BOY, getting into everything and then coming over for a cuddle right after.
  • I am a die-hard Auburn fan – War Eagle!
  • We have 3 crazy doggies – Lacy, Opie, and Miller.
  • I love tidying, organizing, and decorating things – especially my home.
  • My faith is very important to me. I have been in church for as long as I can remember. As a teen and young adult, I was a leader for the youth of the church.
  • I love continuing to learn and share my experiences with others.
  • Christmas is honestly my favorite time of the year; I LOVE giving gifts and receiving them – (I even put a Christmas tree in our bedroom.)
  • My favorite hobby is photography.
