Hi, my name is Daylon Blain and I’m a Business Coach and Trainer at Service Excellence. 

I have worked as a coach and consultant in the electrical home service industry for more than 6 years. I’ve worked with over 40 business owners and more that 300 technicians across a variety of markets in the US and Canada.

My goal is to help business owners, technicians, and their office staff IGNITE THE POWER WITHIN so they can serve their customers with confidence and integrity and become more profitable, both personally and for their organization.

A little bit more about me personally: 

  • I was born and raised in Waco, TX. 
  • I graduated from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2010 where I played football and baseball for the Cru.
  • My wife, Sarah, and I met in college and have 4 beautiful children: Olivia, Cooper, Carter, and Maverick; 4 chickens, and a dog named Chloe.
  • I am a huge sports fan, and you will always find me cheering on the Baylor Bears and the Dallas Cowboys. 
  • I love to cook and usually have something smoking on my Traeger on the weekends.
