Meet the Team

Chris Loudermilk

Chris has been involved in sales in some capacity since the age of 16.

He spent nearly a decade at The Dwyer Group, At Dwyer he held several positions that included selling franchises, trainer and business consultant.


He is widely recognized for growing both top line sales and bottom line profit. While at The Dwyer Group he earned his CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) and sat on the VetFran Committee at the International Franchise Association. In his tenure he headed up various new programs such as marketing groups and call center programs which is a testament to his ability to successfully execute change.

He spent his time there mastering and implementing the art of marketing, financial review/forecasting, sales, coaching, training, and implementing change. The Service Excellence Training team was happy to welcome Chris as one of our Success Coaches and Trainers in 2015.

  1. Through both work and pleasure Chris has visited 41 states.
  2. Chris has a passion for helping others, amongst other things he sits on his local Ducks Unlimited Committee and Chris is also actively involved in mentoring two young men.
  3. Chris has a deep desire to help others succeed. He uses his coaching, training and consulting as the avenue to do so.
  4. Chris grew up playing 5 sports, although he still plays them, you can usually find him on the golf course chasing little white balls.
  5. Chris is an avid hunter but when nothing is in season you can also find him shooting trap or at the range.
  6. Chris is widely recognized as an expert in veteran franchising.
  7. Chris’ writings have been published in many papers and magazines and he was a featured interviewee on CNN.
  8. Chris graduated from The Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He is a huge fan of Baylor athletics, Sic Em Bears!!!!
  9. Although he was an Army brat and lived in various places he was raised in Texas and says he got there as fast as he could.
  10. He has a passion for cooking, most nights and weekends you can find him by his grill.
