He spent nearly a decade at The Dwyer Group, At Dwyer he held several positions that included selling franchises, trainer and business consultant.
He is widely recognized for growing both top line sales and bottom line profit. While at The Dwyer Group he earned his CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) and sat on the VetFran Committee at the International Franchise Association. In his tenure he headed up various new programs such as marketing groups and call center programs which is a testament to his ability to successfully execute change.
He spent his time there mastering and implementing the art of marketing, financial review/forecasting, sales, coaching, training, and implementing change. The Service Excellence Training team was happy to welcome Chris as one of our Success Coaches and Trainers in 2015.
