  • They are thinking about maintenance, safety, peace of mind. 

You must follow your process every time.

  • No shortcuts 
  • Do your full customer service process 
  • Complete your checklist and make recommendations. 

Be prepared to make the most of it.

  • Know the expected results 
  • Club conversions 
  • head turns 
  • Accessory sales 
  • Know your stats/results 

One-time tune-ups or inspections can be a great opportunity for you and your company. Keep a good attitude and positive outlook and you’ll make the most of the opportunities they provide.
